Terms of Warranty

Jaccara Pro Ltd offers a guarantee of at least six months for all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but not natural wear and tear due to normal use or misuse of the product.

The warranty provided by Jaccara Pro Oy does not cover any indirect or consequential damages, inconveniences or losses caused by the failure. The warranty does not cover the costs of travel or delivery of the product to the manufacturer for maintenance.

The customer is obliged to inspect the product immediately upon receipt of the product. If the Customer finds that the product is defective, the Customer must immediately notify Jaccara Pro Oy of the defect by e-mail (jaccara (at) jaccara.com) or by telephone (037625000) within eight (8) days at the latest.

If a defect occurs in the product during the warranty period, warranty claims must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered. Warranty work will not extend the warranty period. If the product shows a defect that is covered by the warranty, the product will be serviced or replaced with a similar product. From these of the above options, the most advantageous option is selected first. The customer will not incur any costs for the maintenance of the product if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect in the product is not covered by the warranty or liability for defects, the customer must bear the maintenance costs himself.
